Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI), patient records, insurance information, or other confidential healthcare information through our public website forms unless specifically instructed to do so using a secure communication channel established by MEDIBRIDGE.

Google Calendar and Google Meet Integration

When an authorized MEDIBRIDGE administrator connects a Google account, we request access to create calendar events for consultation bookings. This access is used to create Google Calendar events, generate Google Meet conference links, invite the visitor who requested the meeting, and refresh the connection when an access token expires.

For this integration, we may receive and store:

  • The connected Google account identifier and email address
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens
  • The permissions granted to MEDIBRIDGE and their expiration information
  • Calendar event identifiers and Google Meet links created for consultation requests

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and are not displayed to website visitors. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the calendar and meeting functionality requested by the connected administrator. We do not sell Google user data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

MEDIBRIDGE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Calendar Connection Control and Deletion

An authorized administrator can disconnect or change a connected Google Calendar account from the MEDIBRIDGE administration dashboard. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and OAuth credentials and requests revocation of the applicable provider token. The administrator can also revoke MEDIBRIDGE access from the security settings of the connected Google account.

Calendar events already created in the connected account may remain in that account after disconnection and can be managed or deleted directly by the calendar owner. Consultation records are retained only as described in the Data Retention section of this Policy.

Third-Party Services

Our website may utilize trusted third-party providers, including Google and Zoom when calendar integrations are enabled, for website hosting, communications, meeting scheduling, analytics, security, spam prevention, and other operational functions. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
